After receiving your “Need Help Selling Your Condo for 1% Commission Flyer” in my mailbox, I wasn’t sure what to make of it? On your flyer, you listed exactly what you were willing to offer for your selling services for only 1% Commission. After reading that I thought to myself…“this sounds to good to be true”?
I contacted many other real estate agents in regards to selling my condo before I contacted you. I did so to educate myself and to find out what the other agents were willing to offer me and for how much.
